Concrete Sleeve Anchor

Hex & Acorn Headed Sleeve Anchors are expansion type anchors used to fasten/anchor a fixture into a variety of base materials. The hex & acorn headed sleeve anchor can be used to fasten/anchor into concrete, brick or block based material. These sleeve anchors can be used in any application where the head of the anchor does not need to be flush with the surface being attached.

The sleeve anchor consists of three parts: a threaded stud with an outwardly flared cone-shaped end, a tubular expander sleeve (assembled over the stud and butted against the small diameter of the cone), and a washer and hex (or acorn hex) nut on the end of the stud.

The hex & acorn sleeve anchors are available in zinc plated carbon steel and 304 Stainless Steel.

The Hex Headed Sleeve Anchor is available in five (5) diameters in both Zinc plated and 304 Stainless Steel:

Round Headed Concrete Sleeve Anchor

The Round Headed Sleeve Anchor is an expansion type anchor used to fasten/anchor a fixture into concrete, brick or block based material. Using rounded head sleeve anchors allows more space for wires and leaves nothing for the wires to be snagged on.

The sleeve anchor consists of a threaded stud with an outwardly flared cone-shaped end, a tubular expander sleeve (assembled over the stud and butted against the small diameter of the cone), and a round headed sleeve on the end of the stud which is butted against the expander sleeve.

The round headed sleeve anchor is available in zinc plated carbon steel only.
